About Me

I'm a self-taught freelance photographer with a lifelong passion for travel and exploration. From a young age, I’ve been driven by the desire to capture meaningful moments and the atmosphere that surrounds them, the subtle emotion, the shifting light, the unspoken story.

With a background in geology, I’ve always been drawn to the outdoors, to landscapes shaped by time and natural forces. In 2015, one year into my PhD in New Zealand, one of the world’s most breathtaking natural environments, I decided to purchase my first serious camera: a Nikon D5500. It’s been my loyal companion ever since, traveling with me across continents for the past decade and still faithfully in use today.

My photographic interests range from landscape and nature photography to cityscapes, especially at night. I also explore astrophotography, and more recently, I’ve been delving into portraiture and boudoir photography.

To me, photography is an act of exploration, a way to connect, to feel deeply, and to express what words often cannot. It’s a flow of energy and emotion that I translate into visual compositions, in both colors and black and white.
